Annapolis Health provides house calls for clients of all ages including elders and the disabled in the comfort of their homes/assisted living homes.

Convenience: In most cases there is no need to leave home to receive health care (especially important to elders and the disabled). Of course, clients can elect to keep their PCP and use our services for convenience as needed.

Fast Service: Most patients are seen within 48 hours of making an appointment. Daytime and evening hours available 7 days a week.

Reasonable Cost: 
Seniors over 70 years old: $50.00 per visit
Under 70 years of age: $60.00 per visit
(payable by cash or check at the time of the visit).
You can submit the receipt yourself to your insurance company for re-imbursement (out of network).
